General Architecture (60%)
• Define the system architecture and technical roadmap for each COE
• Design common or core modules in line with business needs
• Review the design and coding to support architects to fine-tue their applicatn architecure
• Identify quality issue for improvement and provide solution in terms of achitecture for project team
Technical Capability Development (35%)
• Support to build up the capability of company core skills to align with company strategic initiatives
• Consolidate knowledge and conduct sharing or training for capability improvement in the project
• Study the industry trend to support on the evaluation of the new technology as well as promote it to upgrade company technical level
• Assist in SME accessment process to develop SME
Other responsibilities (5%)
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
• Achievement defined in performance indicator
• Feedback from customers or stakeholders regarding the architecture
• Related project / strategic initiatives KPI
Internal (70%)
 Actively communicate with project teams, including PM and architects in the project
 Periodically review meeting with management team on company architecture
External (30%)
 Independently manage requests from related state holders
 Periodically meeting with key project owners to get feedback on deliveries.
