　　第二届模糊系统与数据挖掘国际学术会议（FSDM2016）将由澳门科技大学主办，并继续与第六届电子，通讯与网络国际学术会议（CECNet2016）于2016年11日-14日在澳门共同举行。


　　FSDM2016将继续致力于为从事模糊理论、算法和系统，模糊应用，数据挖掘和跨学科领域的模糊逻辑和数据挖掘等领域的专家、学者、科技工作者及其他相关人员搭建一个交流和共享材料研究最新成果的平台，以达到互相促进、共同提高的目的。

　　Biography:Dr.Chin-TengLinreceivedtheB.S.degreefromNationalChiao-TungUniversity(NCTU),Taiwanin1986,andtheMasterandPh.D.degreeinelectricalengineeringfromPurdueUniversity,USAin1989and1992,respectively.HeiscurrentlytheChairProfessorofFacultyofEngineeringandInformationTechnology,UniversityofTechnologySydney,ChairProfessorofElectricalandComputerEngineering,NCTU,InternationalFacultyofUniversityofCaliforniaatSan-Diego(UCSD),andHonoraryProfessorshipofUniversityofNottingham.Dr.LinwaselevatedtobeanIEEEFellowforhiscontributionstobiologicallyinspiredinformationsystemsin2005,andwaselevatedInternationalFuzzySystemsAssociation(IFSA)Fellowin2012.HeiselectedastheEditor-in-chiefofIEEETransactionsonFuzzySystemssince2011.HealsoservedontheBoardofGovernorsatIEEECircuitsandSystems(CAS)Societyin2005-2008,IEEESystems,Man,Cybernetics(SMC)Societyin2003-2005,IEEEComputationalIntelligenceSociety(CIS)in2008-2010,andChairofIEEETaipeiSectionin2009-2010.Dr.LinistheDistinguishedLecturerofIEEECASSocietyfrom2003to2005,andCISSocietyfrom2015-2017.HeservedastheDeputyEditor-in-ChiefofIEEETransactionsonCircuitsandSystems-IIin2006-2008.Dr.LinwastheProgramChairofIEEEInternationalConferenceonSystems,Man,andCyberneticsin2005andGeneralChairof2011IEEEInternationalConferenceonFuzzySystems.Dr.LinisthecoauthorofNeuralFuzzySystems(Prentice-Hall),andtheauthorofNeuralFuzzyControlSystemswithStructureandParameterLearning(WorldScientific).Hehaspublishedmorethan200journalpapers(TotalCitation:19,166,H-index:53,i10-index:332)intheareasofneuralnetworks,fuzzysystems,multimediahardware/software,andcognitiveneuro-engineering,includingapproximately101IEEEjournalpapers.
