DataModeler-Banking or Insurance-Teradata Schedule: Full-time
Organization: APAC Sales & Services Location: Beijing Job Summary The DataModeler is responsible for transforming business information into models(logical data models and physical data models) and managing the enterprise datamodel. KeyResponsibilities Providesprofessional service on data warehouse modeling for customers in bankingindustry base on the Teradata data warehouse implementation methodology. Provide bothpre-sale and post-sale implementation work for the Teradata FS-LDM product. Play a keyrole in the Business Discovery, Information Discovery and Data model design& customization phase of data warehouse implementation. Support onthe Banking business related work especially on business requirement analysis,data modeling, ad-hoc querying and application supporting. Researchesand writes sections of proposals Coaching andsupporting the business users of data warehouse. Assist inbuilding relationships with business customers in the client’s organization BasicQualifications BS or above,major in computer science or financial related. Richbusiness knowledge in personal banking, corporate banking and credit cardbusiness and familiar with the data model and data in these systems. At least 3years continuous experience in banking industry, focus on Core Banking System .At least 1 years’ experience of acting as the core designer for this kind ofcore banking system. More than 5years experience in RDBMS application development . In depthknowledge of business processes and business information models. In depthknowledge of modeling methodologies and techniques With theexperience in RDBMS modeling, includes 3NF and star-schema . Experiencedin ERwin, Power Designer, or other data modeler tools Gooddocumentation and communication skills PreferredQualifications Knowledge ofbanking application design and implementation Knowledge ofETL Architecture Knowledge ofmainstream BI tools 中文说明--------------------------------------------------------- 任职要求 Ÿ 计算机、金融或应用数学等相关专业本科及以上学历 Ÿ 3年以上银行核心账务/信贷/贷记卡/国际结算等交易系统设计开发或数据仓库系统的设计开发经验 Ÿ 熟悉银行系统的业务流程和数据流，至少1年作为核心骨干承担相关系统设计工作的工作经验 Ÿ 熟悉金融行业业务知识、数据仓库建模方法论和技术、关系型数据库技术知识 Ÿ 熟悉Erwin/Powerdesign建模工具、perl、shell等计算机语言 Ÿ 良好的沟通和表达能力 Ÿ 良好的英语口语和书写能力
